Back Up Camera - Suburban

I have been thinking about this for awhile, well more after I backed into my brick wall.

 

Would it be possiable to put a camera in the trailer hitch, and put a screen in the console where the tapeplayer and storage box is?

 

Any ideas?

Gandolphxx (one of the 2500 Av owners) has a camera backup system on his truck I think.  I believe it is one of the screens that folds down from the rearview mirror.

I have the Rostra unit - works like a charm - In the AV case it goes right behind the "ugly cladding bumper" - protects it real well.

 

Contrary to popular opinion I don't have the video unit - but think that it would be real neat if I had a trailer back there.

I'd also like to get some kind of backup aid sometime.  My local dealer for the Donnelly unit said they had someone on staff that had one and it worked OK.  Problem was the camera lens tended to get dirty.
