I put some LED's under my seats and dash, what wire do I tap into so they will come on with my lights, 04 Silverado, a swith will be installed also.

I'm not that familiar with the Newer Body Styles, but on my Old Body Style ('95) there is a junction block on the drivers side of the firewall whith open contacts for the parking light circuit that tapped into for my interior lighting, I just used a small female spade connector to plug it into. Or you can go to the harness behind the headlight switch, or another option would be the interior fuse block and use a fuse tap. Which ever sounds like an option for you, make sure you use a test light to check the circuit.

Ok, I found out that everything is neg triggered so I will have to use a relay.
