I ordered them and have never used them. The FM modulation works just fine for me and actually, I spend more time listening in a tractor than in my vehicles.

The top one was ordered for my 2004 Suburban and the bottom for my 2000 Silverado. I am satisfied with the FM modulation in both when I do have the unit in there.
