power steering major issues

i am about to sell my truck and buy a new one... it is causing to many problems.

my power steering pump has gone out 4 imes and my gearbox went out this last time. i put the pump in about two months ago but had no power steering so i checked it out and found the gearbox to be bad. i replaced the gearbox last night and agian i still have no power steering. does anyone have any idea what my problem is?
