I can't see out my rear window...

Not what I wanted for my first post but...

I get in the truck today to go to the store, look in the rearview to see behind me, but I couldn't see out the window. I knew it wasn't ice, its 65 degrees out, so I take a look at the window and see this

 

Then I look in the seat

 

So anyone know what that will cost to replace?

Did you have to pay your deductable?

 

I've looked over my insurance paperwork and as far as i can tell mine is $500 for glass, but I hope new glass isn't that much, maybe $200-300.

I didn't pay a penny. Perhaps the price absorbed the deductable. dunno. But no money paid. A lot of this depends on your insurance.

 

$500 deductabile for glass??? That's is a very high deductable for glass.

Yes, it was the rock.

 

The guy that put in the new window said he had several calls for new windows in my area, and they all had the same type of rock in the car.

 

BTW total cost for new window and installation $189.47

I can't see out my rear window either. Thats b/c I got 0%s all around and can't see s**t out at night. Glad to see you were able to replace the window for not too much.
