Rear step bumper license plate lamps

I have a 1997 K1500 that is missing both rear step bumper license plate light assemblies. The wires and sockets (with bulbs) are there, but nothing to plug them into on the bumper (2 holes on either side of the license plate). I have looked all over the web and can't seem to find a set anywhere....does anyone have any good sources?

Are you talking about the housings that snap into the bumper, and then you mount the socket with bulb into the housing? If so, I think I've seen them in Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone stores.

Yes, those are the ones I'm looking for. I've looked at Advance Auto, Autozone, Pep Boys, ebay, gmpartsdirect, google search and rockauto. I look again, but may have to try the dealer. Thanks for the help.
