8.1 tune

Newby here, Just bought 2001 2500hd ext cab 2wd 8.1 ally

70000 miles, Feels very strong, Will be pulling 6500 pounds thru mountains in Idaho

I have been getting 11.5 back and forth to work 14mile one way each day.

What could I expect from a wait for me tune? I have 410 rearend.

I guess it depends on whether you want an aggresive tune or a gas saver tune. Seems to be a lot of potential in these 8.1L's and a PCM tune helps out a lot.

Performance tune will give you the more hp and the gas saver while giving you some extra horse it will help you save a bit of gas.
