Console install

I've got a 2002 2500HD Ext Cab 4x4......has no center console, anyone ever swapped one in? I've got one out of a 1999 Silverado Ext Cab 4x4 but doesn't look like its gonna work. I don't see how to hook up the heat and there doesn't seem to me room for the 4x4 shifter in the floor. So anyone done this?

You cannot install the floor console with the 4x4 floor shifter. Also if you want to hook up the heater you have to change the lower vent duct.

yeah its tan, gonna return it.........it was a b-day gift so i don't know the cost. I may get a buddy of mine that does body work make me something custom out of fiberglass........beat that! bwahahahahaha

Return it you mean it was purchased new or at a scrap yard??? New that thing is like $1200...
