Squeaky front end?

I have a squeaky front end, I dont know where it could be coming from. It is either the coil spring or the shock, because I can press up and down on the truck and it will squeak. I also hear it going down the road. Any suggestions?

Get a can of silicone spray and spray all the rubber bushings you can see thouroughly. If that does not help, you can try greasing the bushings with silicone grease.
