Outlaw Intake system?

I have been researching intake tubes and air boxes for my wife's 02 Yukon XL 5.3L with 4.10 gears. It is a daily driver but also used to tow a 6,000lb camper. I am looking at an intake system to increase HP TQ and MPG if possible but would rather stay away from a gauze filter. I found the Outlaw set up last night on the web and it looks great but it alos uses a gauze set up. However, the do offer a full foam element in place of the gauze. I for sure have to use a cold air box and not an open element. Dear wife considers Intake roar to be noise.

I am also considering the Airaid tube only which attaches to the factory box and possibly the True Flow set up with the foam element. I really liked the looks of the UPD (NSV) on their web but it looks like they are out of business.

Any comments on the Outlaw, True Flow or Airaid set up would be appreciated.

I have the Outlaw on my 8.1. I haven't

had it long but for now I really like it. The

people are nice too.
