Spare Tire Question

Got a quick questiond for everybody.  I am changing my front axle fluid as I write this.  I went to do the rear axle (Taking the cover off) and I could not get my spare tire to lower.  I remember seeing a TSB on this.  Did this affect any of the '01's?

They also have a new flexible rod for the jack that gets it down on the 99's and early 00's.

I managed to get mine to work.     It had me worried though for a few minutes.  Thanks for the info. on the TSB.
