Torsion Bar Cushion / Bushing Question

About every 3000 miles the dealer will 'adjust torsion bar cushion', and the whole front end really tightens up, then slowwwly loosens up, and back I go for another tightening.

Question: what are they doing; I want to do it myself. It has to be really easy because they are doing it when I get my oil changed and not charging me for it, ever.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
