Injectors information needed

i'm planning on building a fuel economy display for my truck. And to do so, I will try to do some calculations based on the injectors data. There may be other ways of doing this, but this is one I thought that would be cheap, and wouldn't involve much modifications (just a harmless one i believe).

 

First of all, I need the flow rates of my injectors. I've got a 1989 TBI 4.3L. After many many hours of googling, I found this table which was took from another site, and it did not originaly have the flow rates for the 4.3 and the 2.8. Here it is:

Can you confirm the given flow rate? I think you would be the first to give this information on the internet...
