IPOD Help - USA SPec Adapter Envoy SLT 2005

Hey Everyone

I hope someone can help out. I bought an IPOD adapter from USA Spec that is supposed to allow me to hook it up to my factory Bose / XM radio and be able to control the IPOD with the factory controls (i.e. steering wheel, etc) and also display song played on the radio.

However - to make this possible, I am supposed to connect the one data cable from the adapter to one of the 2 data cables on the XM tuner. I do not know where the XM tuner / box is on the Envoy.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks!

On the service manuals it show the XM box is part of the radio. I also though that the ipod boxes did not work with the on-star system.

Let us know how it goes.

Some over @ envoyforums.com had it installed @ circuit city. He said the xm tuner is small - about the size of a deck of cards, sits below the glove box (near the floor) and on the extreme right - close to the edge. I am going to look for it again and will let you guys know. thx
