Could someone help photochop my BlaZeR2?

Ok heres the deal. About a month ago on one of my first trips offroading with my new BlaZeR2 i bent up the exhaust so it was kinked. To fix it, i cut the end of the exhaust pipe right before the kink and right after the last exhaust hanger. The only problem was that the exhaust was now pointing directly at this plastic peice that covers behind the fender flare and back to the bumper. Click to see peice, and where it melted.

As you can see the melted part looks really bad, so i decided to take that hole peice off (will have to anyways since it might get replaced) After removing it, i got to thinking, would it look that bad if i just left that peice off....Peice Removed

Of course if i were to keep that peice off, i would also cut the fender flare along the body line, remove those 3 bolts, then weld on a peice of sheet metal to the end of the bumper. I will also be spraying my rockers, flares, and (if i do keep that peice off) that little strip of body right behind those 3 bolts. If i did all that, i dont think it would look that bad.

Im not neccessarily trying to make it look spectacular, just not so much of an eye soar. Also by doing this it will give me more clearance for the 33s i plan on running in the future. Im not big on looks, and the things i do to my truck are for better performance not looks.

So what im asking is if someone could photochop one of these pics, Pic 1 Pic 2 so that it has what i mentioned earlier in my post.

I have many more pics in my album Click that may be helpful. Also a picture of the same color blazer as mine with the rockers and fender flares done similar to what i will be doing Click I attempted to do this myself a few times already but i got know where fast, and my buddy who said he would do it for me left for iraq last week. I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone could help me out with this. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to get everything in there.

Dude here ya go....BUT, I most likely made it look better than it will. you are going to have to create a compound curve with that sheet metal, so i would find someone with a "roller" to get the curves right, or it is NOT going to fit at all.

And as I was doing this picture, mind you thatIi am NO mechanic or body shop expert, but there is d**n little to attach it to there !...so, good luck and i hope this helps you to decide what to do...;
