swapping 5.7 for 6.0

i own a 98 gmc p/u with the 5.7 a/t i love this truck and have done some mods BUT i need more power as i tow a 6500 lb 5th r.v.the truck has 200,000km on the drive train.my question is can i swap out the 5.7 and 4l60e for a 6.0/4l80. i can get a great deal on a complete power train engine tranny and all electronics pcm etc.is this a straight forward transplant???i really don't want to sell the truck.i thought this would be a geat combo in my truck.thanks in advance .my other option is a performance crate engine but everything i look at on the web is for pre 1995!!

i would never swap out a good ole 350 for one of the new 5.3 or 6.0 motors. that 350 is ten times the motor reliability and durabilty wise, in my own expierience and opinion. gm shot themselves in the foot when they replaced the 350 with that high revving crap. the 96 on up 350s were quite strong for a small block, not as much peak hp but more nuts down low.
