I pulled by decrepid dash from the 84 sierra 1500 I am restoring. It is soo destroyed under the crappy dashmat the guy had on it. Years of Florida sun I guess.

Anyhow, where can I get a dash?? Or, is ANYONE familiar with dashcaps and such? Is there ANY that you cannot tell is a cover and looks like the original? Now that I have it out I was even thinking of buying vinyl and wrapping/stapling it. Please advise.

THANKS A LOTTTTT. Do you have exerience with this brand? Is it indistinguishable from an original if done well?

This truck is getting "SICK" in a good way. 408 horsepower, no detail is going unturned. I wasn't sure if the caps were good or not til now.

I personally don't have any experience with these. I don't know if you remember a show called Shadetree Mechanic on the old Nashville Network. Sam and Dave put a cap on a dash and it looked really nice. I believe Stacy David did one on the show Trucks, too.
