AC motor

hey when ever i have my air on without a/c or with a/c on the motor clicks on and while its on it make this anoyying tapping noise then it clicks off and the noise is gone......its hard to describe i can video it and post it to verify the problem...what could it be?my trucks a 2000 5.3..Thank you very much

take out the blower motor and see if any leaves or other debris are rubbing it.
