no turn/brake light

1995 K1500 Z71. tail lights work fine. No right rear turn signal or brake light. dash signal clicks fast for right signal. just replaced all the bulbs and checked the fuses. maybe a short somewhere? any ideas?

Perhaps the flasher. On my old Ford it is in the fuse box.

iNSPECT THE LIGHT SOCKET FOR A BROKE WIRE OR MESSED UP INSIDE WHERE THE LIGHT PLUGS IN.

Update!!! still having problems with the brake light/turn signal and now it threw me for a loop. It's raining, so i turned on the wipers... now the wipers don't work, and when i turn em on the ABS and BRAKE lights flash on and off. and the ABS engages slightly while i'm driving. turn off the wipers and it all goes away. My truck is obsessed!!!! maybe a short is causing all this???? help!!!!!!!!
