Newbie-I need help with my Z71

I had a problem with my truck on friday involving the transfer case. The transfer case was struck by a cross member on a high lift jack. the truck slipped off the support and the entire right front side of the truck slammed down on the transfer case which ripped the plug out and drained all the fluid. I towed it to the local dealer. They replaced the plug and refilled the fluid and said the transfer case was fine. While driving it home, I put it in 4 wheel high to see if was still working properly. Everything worked fine but it makes a moaning sound especailly when I turn. It doesn't matter if I am on pavement or loose dirt it still makes the moaning sound. Any Ideas? My truck is a 2006 Z71 crewcab with 17,000 miles.
