AC and Power Steering Noises

So, I have two different oddities happening on my '04 Silverado.

 

First off, after driving for about 10 minutes, everytime I make a left turn I can hear an audible hiss in the cab. It sounds like when you have the truck in park, and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left until it stops...then you hear the power steering pump hiss.

 

Secondly, my truck has the Auto AC Climate Control, and it has been making some noise lately. I'm in Texas, so it's like living on the surface of the sun right now, and when I turn on the truck, the AC is set at 73, it figures out it's hot enough to boil an egg on the leather in the truck and sets the fans to high and puts it into Recir mode. However, lately the output from the vents has gone down (noticeably) and when in Recirc mode I can hear a new noise which sounds like clicking or something fluttering in the wind. Also, when at low speeds or parked in the garage, the air output from the Vents goes up about 10 degrees in a few seconds.

 

This is a "new" truck with all of the original parts, and only has 17,500 miles.

 

Any ideas on those noises? I plan on bringing it to my dealer tomorrow morning.

a leaf or some other debris may be hitting the blower motor fan.

 

It is normal for a truck with 134a refrigerant to have noticeably higher vent temps at idle.

Is it also normal to have, what sounds like, the engine fans kicked on high gear most of the time making the engine whine really loud when driving? I assume it's the fan kicked in, but I'm not sure.

 

The same thing used to happen in my '94 S-10 way back in the day; but it was only a now and then thing. It seems that this is happening more and more now; and usually when it is happening the AC isn't quite as cold.
