Rear console no longer works?? stereo or A/C contr

OK, haveing a problem with the rear console on a 04 tahoe LT. It has the factory dvd system, with the headphone jacks, but they dont work, i get no power to the tuner in the back, and just noticed the A/C controls in the console dont work, but the cigarret lighter adapter works.. but nothing else in the the conolse.. here is a pic of what im talking about.. I have searched for the fuse but i cant find any bad fuses unless im pulling thw wrong one.. Thanks for any help
