Speaker Removal

Hey guys, Im brand new to the forum and need some help on getting one of my speakers out. I have a extended cab 3 door truck and have replaced the two front doors, and extended cab door. My problem is i can't get the speaker behind the drivers seat out. I can't figure out how to get that panel off. Anyone have any pictures or anything showing how to get them off? Thanks so much. oh the truck is a 99 sierra extended cab new body style.

I belive the whole door panel has to come off. The speaker grill has tabs that are bent behind the door panel.

Do I have to take the seatbelt off to pull off the panel?
