Rust specs on white paint

I am finding small rust specs on my white truck. Cleaner wax doesn't seem to remove it. Does somebody have a suggestion?

Thanks,

Jeff

Try a claybar!! They usually work really well at taking all the fallout off the paint.

I took my '06 to the dealer to have the rail dust removed. It was so bad that claying did not work and they had to use 3000 grit paper on a nib'n block and then polish it out. A buffer was not used all by hand.

Any thoughts on this?

TIA

We used an acid wash ot our dealer to remove this....note that it is not coming from below paint surface, but is sitting on top of paint.....it is iron particles from the road....a good coat of wax will help keep the stuff from sticking!
