Can I upgrade to a locker?

I bought my new 2500HD CC 4X4 (I know this is not the HD forum but it has the most topics and replies) before I knew any better and got it without the locker.  Now, after reading the different posts here, I realize it is something that I should have gotten.  What are my options and how much is it going to cost me?  Has anyone else done this.

I know yours is a heavy duty but for comparisions sake:

I had the g80 added to my truck

Parts

Case 447.09

gasket 4.00

bearings 62.58

gear lube 75.00

Total parts $588.67

Labor        $280.00

Total out the door $883.67

 

Supposedly my tire man got me a discount.
