That's BCO's, I believe Ryanbab knows his AIM screen name.  But you can use Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop to do stuff like that.  I think even Microsoft Paint may allow you to do that.

Pretty neat site.  I can see where it would be real helpful to someone that is apprehensive about starting DIY maintenance.
