Flowmaster 70s

Talked to my "guy" today, about flowmaster for my tahoe.  He said DONT do flowmaster 40s on a tahoe, it will make you go BONKERS.  It is SOOOO loud on the inside of the car, that it will make you go crazy.  Do a 70 series, it will sound good, and you wont want to shoot yourself.  Any merit?

I agree with "Your man".  I think 40's would be too loud and would create too much resonance inside a cabin as large as a "Hoe".

 

The 70's sound nice and not too overwhelming...

I definately would go with the 70 series. I put it on last week, I first had them put on a 40 series, it sounded awesome outside but inside it was just too overwhelming. I then took the muffler back later that day and had them put on the 70 series, I love it. People say that the 70 series is too soft but I have to disagree.

i have the 50series myself just a little quieter of course than the 40's those might be a good choose.i think!
