we found the old guy (my dad) a 97 2500 with all sorts of nice options.. so that means i get the 95 2500.. woohoo i got me a big block now. and also means we currently have 4 GM trucks.. i do believe its picture time. anyways thought i'd share.

Congrats on the new truck! I know you've been looking for awhile. Definately picture time! Love those pre-99 3/4 tons! Heavy duty? AT or manual? Short or long bed? Brag a little about the new rig-it's OK! :biggrin:

well the 97 is the8 lug version (which i guess is the closest to a HD as these years came) 454, ext cab, short bed, stock cd (he seems to like oem stuff a lot i dont know why) push button 4 wheel drive, power locks windows and mirrors, power drivers seat (buckets), keyless entry, gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches, aux fuel tank/toolbox (has a interesting controller with lcd in the cab), weld rims (i dont like them but i didnt buy them), also appears to have some for of aftermarket exhaust with some really ugly tips

the 95 is also an 8 lug version ext cab, long bed, 454, power drivers seat (split bench) power locks windows and mirrors has a gooseneck hitch, some nice rims kind of like the alcoa (i dont know if thats spelt right) style, some cheapish alarm which gives me keyless entry.

have to say i reallllllly like power options. being able to get all sorts of nice comfortable positions with a power seat that i couldnt think of in my 89.
