Radio Memory and westers

Tonight I shut my 04 2500HD off gor a few minutes ,got back in restarted and the radio lost all it's memory.

 

Another thing is that I have a a wester's for about 8,000-12,000 miles now and can mostly tell it's there when towing.I pulled 6500-7000lbs saturday with no problem and just got back from pulling again tonight and the truck felt like a dog.Is there any chance that the tune can just go away?

Guess I'm not woried about the radio but the Westers tune.I din't think I could tell much diff when I got it but the truck doesn't seem normal while towing right now.I took it in for a problem with the memory seat and asked that they not flash the pcm.They did say there was an update for the seat and that must have done something to westers program
