HELP - with email settings?

I cannot find setting that will STOP my email account from receiving ALL NEW POSTS in this forum .... Can someone give me list to check so that my email inbox only gets the threads that I subscribe to?????

 

I have looked many times through the control panel and email settings and for the life of me cannot find a setting that would stop it!!!!

Click on "My Controls" up next to your username.

 

Then, look under the "Subscriptions" field that pops up.

 

Or further down from there, there will be an "email settings" link that you can play with.
