Hey im new around here and i am looking to maybe put a lift on my 2000 jimmy and new tires.

Would any one know what size tires i could fit with a two inch body lift?

Are body lifts worth it or should i just get a suspension lift?

But i would also like to know, what size tires would i be able to fit on my car stock?

I am looking t the BFG revos, are they any good?

Also where is the best place to buy upgrades life lifts, and grillgaurds?

Any help someone can give me would be greatly appreciated

Thanks a lot

hello Jake,

What do you plan on doing with your rig once you get it lifted? If you plan on doing any wheeling at all, I would skip both the body lift and the Revo's.

A body lift is somethng that I do not recommend to anyone, unless it is a 1" to clear gas tank skid plates. A good suspension lift may cost more but will pay dividends in the end. Body lift pucks can shift, crack, and even collapse. I experienced this once in my 84 BroncoII, in which case it shattered every window in the rig. :chevy:

i will be doing a little off roading once and a while.

What is a good place to buy suspension lifts, and what is the smallest lift you can get? cause i dont want to jack it up to much.

Also you said to skip the revos, what tires do you recomend?

last question, i really need new tires soon so how can i find out what size tires my truck can fit?

thanks a lot guys

Jake
