PIAA Airdam/Westin Bull Bar

anybody have either of these or BOTH on a 2500HD? Curious about the following:

 

Where to buy - pricing is all over the place, especially interested in black bull bar

Tow hooks - does bull bar replace them (I hope not)

Compatibility - can both be installed together?

Lights - does air dam come with everything needed to install lamps (brackets, etc.)

skid plate - how does the SS look with black bull bar?

installation - ease, both air dam and bull bar?
