GM Performance Parts Exhaust

Looking to see if anyone here has installed a GM performance parts exhaust on their truck and if so, what do you think of it? Also wondered if this exhaust is a Corsa exhaust that has been repackaged by GM as both GM and Corsa sell sport and touring versions of their exhaust.

When I bought my Corsa cat-back system it had GM Performace stamped on the box. So with what you said I would believe that GM Performance and Corsa mean one in the same.

the corsa is/was a gm perf part. i believe next year gm is swaping over to borla for their hi-perf exhaust systems.

Save yourself some money and go onto ebay to buy your exhaust. I have bought two Magnaflow's this year from Performance Peddler and was very satisfied. GM had rebadged the Maagnaflow in the past. I like the sound of the Magnaflow, not to loud.

Thanks for all the replies. So the GMPP exhaust is manufactured by Borla? Does anyone have any experience with these systems? I'd like to purchase one but dont know if I should go with the sport or the touring version of this system. My truck is a 5.3 ccsb and most of my driving is on the freeway, I dont want my truck to sound like my Z06, however, I'd also like to know that I bolted an exhaust system to it.

How does the 5.3L sound with just a muffler delete? Loud is a given. But is it too loud? Is it loud enough? Drone doesn't concern me. I wouldn't mind cuttin off the muffler, and taking a piece off the end of the tail pipe with the curve and basically moving it up to make an exit before the rear tire. Maybe a split tip. Oh, yeah...
