New here and new to Chevy's

Whats up everyone? I'm new here and new to chevy trucks. I bought a 1983 c-10 last night, and this will be my first American car. I am big into VW's and have owned a few. I am used to doing my own work, and plan to continue that with the chevy. Anyways I will be seeing alot of you guys in the future.

i LOVE that shaved and sealed tailgate, with the sweet lights, looks good, and has a LOT of potential, i.e. paint jobs and some truck rims

Thanks guys. I plan on buying a bug the first chance I have, but after that I will hook her up. Yea they are Cadillac Lights in the back, and I like them alot. It has the gas tank shaved as well. I want to sell the cover if anyone is interested. It is in Jacksonville Florida.
