GMC engine dies

Hi everyone!! i´m new to this forum and I have a 2000 GMC truck with a 323ci V8 engine i i have a rare problem with it.

It run great on the city but when i take it outside it starts to lower the RPM´s until it finally dies, i have to wait about 10-15 seconds before i can try to turn it on again, i already passed the scanner and no fault codes apeared, i changed the MAP sensor and it´s still the same, i checked the MAP sensor circuit and it´s ok too, can anyone tell me what is wrong with my truck?

Try cleaning the throttle body first, then go from there. Checking fuel pressure wouldn't hurt.

I cleaned the throttle body and i took the Truck to the dealer for this problem and the checked the fuel presure and changed the fuel pump 2 times and it still has this problem.

everything ok, but still has tehe problem, it only happeng on the highway. Could be a temperature or altitute related porblem?

I would change the fuel filter and see if that helps.

And the fuel pressure was? Numbers. I need numbers. Saying it was "good" does not count.
