doors on ext cab

Anyone else have issues with their ext. cab doors not latching. It only happens on the driver side on my truck and it seems to only happen when its pretty cold out. I have to kind of lift up and slam pretty hard to get it to latch tightly. Any idea's??

2000 Sierra ext. Both rear doors become very hard to shut once it gets cold, no idea why?
