Installing auto start on 94 gmc

Well as the title says I'm trying to install an auto start system on my wife's 94 4.3 c1500. The installing manual says i need to have a tachometer signal. But her truck doesn't have a tach. Does any one have a wiring diragram for her truck or know how to hook this thing up ?.

Hi, Mike , I am new to this site, so I just now saw your post. For a tach signal tap into the WHITE wire at the distributor or coil. It can also be found at a single wire test connector taped to the harness near distributor. Hope I am not too late! John
