Blowing Fuses...

Hi! I have a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali and about 2 weeks ago the 30amp Sub Engine fuse blew. I had that replaced by a dealer (I did not know it was a fuse until the dealer looked at it) and last night the 10amp radio fuse blew so I replaced that and today that same 10amp radio fuse blew again!!

 

I am thinking it could be a coincidence, but I am not so sure because yesterday I went to brake and the truck just wanted to keep going! It felt like the brakes were engaged (there was also some grinding noises, and it is not the brakes I had those replaced a few weeks ago.) I finally let go of the brake pedal and I heard and felt the brake disengage and then the truck was fine, it drove and braked normally. I am thinking it is all electrical related. Anybody have any idea's? Any help would be appreciated!
