Rear Door Latch

I have a 2003 Chevy truck and the rear door for the extended cab wont latch tight enough causing an air leak into the truck at high speeds. I compared the drivers side to the passengers side and the passenger side closes much tighter. Is there an adjustment that I can do on the latch or the striker?? Please Help
