electric fans?

Does anybody know if the electric fans off the newer silverado's and such will fit on a 2000 silverado with a 5.3??

The shroud and fans will fit but you have to have a temp sensor probe and a tie the fans into the AC system also.

 

There is another post on here where a member has provide info on a kit he bought that allowed him to do a nice install. It did not use a probe but allowed him to tie right into the temp sensor which is the best way to go.

 

You can do a search and find a good bit of discussion on this. Most Positive but not all.
