33" Tires w/4.56 gears

Does anyone run 33" tires with 4.56 gears that have some real world, seat of your pants experience they can share with me? Power (it must be insane!), MPG, Towing, and daily driving? I'm re-gearing soon and am going back and forth between 4.10 and 4.56's. I currently have 6"lift w/33's and 3.42 in the rear that really lags. 85% of my driving is highway and i only tow in the summer a 4K boat.

I've done a search, but it seems most people have 35" w/4.56. I plan on getting 35's once i run down my 33's. A supercharger may come into play aa year or so from now if that makes a difference. Thanks all

If you were not going to add a supercharger, I would have suggested the 4.56's for the 35" tires. But since you are going to run a supercharger in the future, I would either run a 4.10 or a 4.30 ratio.

It's a 4x4 so 4.30 isn't an option. Why would you suggest a 4.10 with FI? As far as the rear handling that much power, I took the HP and TQ into account when choosing the gears and 4.10 and 4.56 is the same pinion gear, the ring is different by one tooth. I also contacted Magnuson and they said there shouldn't be any problems with a 4.56 handling that much power and some of the guys that work over there run the same setup.

MPG is a different story, but who buys a truck for good mileage. From the many people i've talked to there is only ~1-1.5 MPG difference between 4.10 and 4.56 on 35" tires. Have you experienced otherwise?

Thanks for the reply!

I have an 2007 Silverado Classic with a 6" lift 35" tires and 4.56, it restored the lost power and the MPG is a bit better but not a big difference. The only problem is the ABS light will not turn off now. I even recalibrated the speedometer with the hypertech and it reads right but i keep getting a front speed sensor code. I took it to the dealer and they said they do not have any program for the computer to fix it. I am sure something can fix it but i have not found it yet. The brakes are fine i just have no ABS system.
