installing extra rear speakers to stock stereo

Can anyone tell me if the stock stereo in my 05 silverado has pre-amps or extra lines for additional speakers? I want to add a set of kicker boxes behind the back seat, but don't want to buy a new deck. Thanks

I have a 2001 chevy reg cab silverado, and at one time i had two amps hookep up to the factory head unit, i had two 6x9 s and a 10 inch pioneer amp behind the seat. as far as just adding speakers, i really dont know, but one thing i do know is that if u dont have the power to run them speakers, it ll probably sound not that good.
