Stumbles and dies when stopped in gear...

A quick history, this is my 92 K1500 with the 5.7l. I was having stumble and backfire problems, replaced the fuel filter, cap, rotor, electronic control module, O2 sensor and finally rebuilt the fuel pressure regulator (220 TBI unit). It seems I have cleared by drivability issues, but now she stumbles and dies when stopped at lights. If I keep the weight of my foot on the pedal, it will keep the r's up around 600 to keep breathing. Is there an warm idle adjust or do I need another sensor replaced. Almost stopped at the RF this morning, but just couldn't bring myself to it.
