1500 HD 03-06 Cup Holder Replacement/Inserts?

Searched the forum a while last night, but I'm looking for either a replacement cupholder setup or some sort of inserts for my cupholders. I'm not sure about anyone else, but my cup holders don't really keep stuff from tipping over worth a d**n. Anyone know of a place to purchase something to help this matter?

I use the rubber inserts from a '05 Buick Rendezvous. I tried my wifes first and then bought some on ebay. Hope this helps you.
