Power Lock Problem

I drive a 99 Silverado ecsb and my locks quit working after i had a friend look into a different electrical problem with the heated seats. I have to manually lock/unlock my doors. Nither the door buttons nor the key fob will lock/unlock anything. I checked all the fuses in the circut as listed in my haynes manuel. The lock/unlock relays are clicking and the alarm engages properly, so i am not sure what to do. This same friend thinks that it's the BCM because my truck is an LT and has the premium wiring config so everything goes through this BCM i was thinking about getting a replacement BCM and switching that outbut i wasnt sure if I am missing something or not?

My problem is very close to another thread but i still cant figure out what to do.

Any help would be great, thanks again.

What was the other problem? Power seat work? Looks like the PWR ACCY circuit breaker provides the power to the lock relay. The relay can operate, but no power being sent to the lock actuators.

His front ones don't work well. It's like they're trying, but just don't have enough juice to actually do it. The rears are not great either. Any suggestions as to what this might be? I'm at a loss.
