Chrome On Nbs Chevy Hd

I like the front of the nbs 1500 but cannot stand all the chrome on the front of the nbs chevy hd's. is anyone out there selling a color keyed replacement for in front of the front wheels on the nbs chevy hd's. they would look so much better if they had this option.

I didn't like the bumpers when I saw them in pictures and brochures - but after seeing the trucks in person they are growing on me (I'm still not sure that I like the plastic space between the two chrome bollards).

 

I think alot of people will also buy the HD trucks with the express intent of replacing the bumpers with "ranch hand" or other similar type full replacement bumpers/guards. I'd want to see one on a demo vehicle before I made that investment...

 

If you really wanted the bumper color-keyed I would think you could get it painted pretty reasonably by a good body shop.

i saw a new 2500hd ext. cab yesterday, black and the insert appeared to have been painted and it actually looked pretty sweet. personally i hate the new chevy front end and if i ever decide to upgrade from my 06 sierra, i'll be staying gmc. but the chevy is growin on me.

The 1/2 ton corners are a little shorter in height than the HD's. The interesting thing is those big 'ol chrome corners are plastic!
