This was taken at the body shop while I was having a damaged bedside replaced. They had to remove the whole bed in order to re-weld the new panel on! If anyone is interested, I have a good close-up hi-res photo taken from above and behind the truck. It's kind of neat to see what the rear-end parts look like with the bed off (don't try it at home ). Let me know and I'll be happy to email ot to anyone who wants it!

BTW-It's fixed up as good as new now! The body-guy did a great job!

I can honestly say thats the first 1/2 ton Silverado I've ever seen without a bed attached. I've seen alot of 3/4 and ups without the bed (usually with a flatbed or service body on them), but never a 1/2 ton.

Someone backed into it this past May and crumpled the fender-the guy was insured luckily. I had the flares added at the same time it was in the body shop. The photo is on the way chevy4x4.
