98 Jimmy Ac Not Working...checked Everything

My sister's 98 GMC Jimmy with the 4.3 wont engage the AC Clutch when you put it on AC. I have checked the following things...

 

-All HVAC, AC Fuses...and all fuses for that matter, under the fuse panel in the truck AND under the hood.

 

-New AC Relay. Still didnt work.

 

The clutch physically isnt engaging. I'm baffled. Is there a shutoff switch if the refigerant ever gets too low? I didnt see it leak anywhere though.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem. Looks like I had a burned out wire from the Compressor to the control panel. This wire went through the friewall and only took 257.00 to diagnose/repair. It was only blowing warm air thogh the clutch engaged, and for some reason when this happens, the fan wont blow on 4. I had this fixed in late march, and last week it started again.
