Magnaflow 16741 Exhaust For Nbs

The installer that did all the 'goodies' on my 2000 Z28 has recomended the Magnaflow 16740 single exit and 16741 dual exit exhaust for my 2007 NBS 4.8 . I did a search on the systems and got excellent info on the single exit, but nothing on the dual exit . Anyone own one on a NBS and how do you like it? Pics of rear exit would be appreciated !

I tried sending you a message, but i'm not sure it worked. I see you went with the Dual. I'm trying to decide the same question now. How loud is it? I want something that sounds nice but isn't obnoxious and I can't really tell from the sound clip on Magnaflow's site. Hopefully you can give me some feedback on what you like/dislike so I can make an informed decision between the dual or the single.

Its been on the truck 2 and a half years now and I still love the sound AND the look of the two big pipes coming out the back. I don't think it is too loud,just a nice grumble.I have got lots of compliments on the sound.

there is some drone when the afm kicks in. but other than that its a good system. imo it could be a bit louder.

I've had the 16741 dual kit on my 08 ext. cab for over a year now and it's great. Really opens up when you put your foot in it but has a very nice tone when cruising at 70+. There is no drone and it passes the sleeping test. I have two small kids and it has never awakened them up during a trip. Corsa seems to be the exhaust of choice on this site, but I really couldn't justify the difference in price between the two setups. I have no regrets and doubt that you will either. You will not be disappointed with the Magnaflow.
