Dual Zone Climate Control To Auto Dual Zone Climate Control

Does anyone know if in a 04 1500 with dual zone climate control if I would be able to replace the control unit with the auto dual zone climate control? Is it as easy as switching the unit out, or is thier more it it that my truck would not have.

it can be done but there are lots of sensors and stuff to install. only one of the 2 plus will plug into auto unit so have that to deal with. be happy you have the manual controls. the auto stuff is a pain. i wish i still had the manual stuff.....

Its an easy switch! Go to dealer and purchase new truck. Done.
